Climate Emergency Conversations

The Climate Emergency Centres network host regular Wednesday Zoom seminars on Climate Change and the Environment. The video recordings of these meetings are on their YouTube Channel. The seminars are hosted by Phoenix of the CEC Network and Space Generators.

The talks on the CEC YouTube channel are a really important resource for learning about the Climate Crisis and getting involved in conversation and community action to address the issue.

On 28th March as part of the Newham Citizen Science Fair, as group of University of East London students on work placement with the CEC Network and Space Generators present brief reviews of some of the talks in order to convey the scope of the CEC’s work and to invite engagement.

These talks are about the climate emergency and its roots in the failures of democracy and social justice. Both are important, urgent and engaging. Please let’s look at the talks and talk about the issues. Do comment in the comments box at the bottom of the page.
