The third annual Newham Citizen Science Fair will take place on Saturday 28th March, from 11 am to 5 pm, at the Royal Docks Centre for Sustainability on the Docklands Campus of the University of East London. The campus is very close to Cyprus Station on the Docklands Light Railway (DLR).
There will be talks, exhibitions and hands-on activities throughout the day.
I will be giving a talk about how individuals, communities and community groups can use AI to their best advantage, and introducing the Negotiating AI as a Community (NAIC) project.
You can read about the NAIC talk and the other talks and exhibitions on the Newham Citizen Science Fair website, where you can also register to attend.
We are still putting the full programme together, and I will be sharing regular updates with the Newham Mosaic community over the next three weeks.
Everyone is welcome, whether you are already involved in citizen science or simply curious about how science, technology and community action connect. Children under 16 shoud be accompanied by an adult.
