Always Evolving

The Newham Mosaic website will evolve organically. It’s not a brochure it’s a community site. In the early days of the web, webmasters would put up ‘under construction’ notices. This should be redunant because websites should always be ‘under construction’, always changing. This is particularly true of community websites.
